The significance of Islamic education has increased to a great extent in the modern-day world. Many religious and spiritual issues have become complex for the common man. Answers to these and many other such issues can only be sought in pure and practical research in Fiqh and Shariah and Islamic education.</p> <p>With these vital goals and sacred objectives, the department of Fiqh and Sharia has launched its research journal named, ‘Al-Abṣār’. Al-Abṣār is meant to facilitate its research scholars in creating a comprehensive and global understanding of Islam and its sciences specially Fiqh and Shariah. Al-Abṣār aims to address the modern-day issues in the light of the true teachings of Islam. Al-Abṣār aims to promote scholarly research on contemporary issues and complexities of the modern-day world in addition to the orthodox approach to research.</p> <h1><sub>Aims and Objectives</sub></h1> <p>Al-Abṣār is an Academic Journal devoted to religious research and scholarship. There are definite principles of Islamic law for problems arising from cosmic changes and social rise and fall, based on which the solution of problems is needed at every moment. This shows that ijtihad is alive and its process is continuous. The article under review covers the foundations of ijhatad in Fiqh Jafari in which they include Quran, Sunnah, Ijmaa and rational reasoning. In the above article, the process and scope of Ijtihad in Fiqh Jafari has been reviewed in detail. It can be concluded from the paper that Ijtihad has been strongly encouraged in Fiqh Jafari. These rights are considered the criteria to check the national and cultural standards of any country and nation. On the one hand it can also be used as a tool to increase understanding between different communities. Clear communication, respectful dialogue, and a focus on common ground can help minimize negative impacts and maximize positive impacts. There these differences lead to sectarianism and division in the Da'wah. Preachers with different juristic views emphasize certain aspects of the faith and downplay others, leading followers to develop a narrow and exclusive understanding of their religion. </em></p> <p><em>This results in the isolation of those who don't share the mainstream viewpoints and puts obstacles in the way of interfaith communication and understanding. However, jurisprudential divergences can sometimes benefit religious communities. By promoting an open and polite discourse about religious beliefs and practises, it can promote a greater understanding of faith and an inclusive community. It can also encourage critical thinking and push believers to reevaluate their opinions, resulting in a more detailed and nuanced understanding of the religion. In the interpretation and explanation of jurisprudential issues the prophet adopted the effective rhetorical style like the metonymy, because create ease and beauty in understanding. In this paper the prophetic metonymy has been explained in details with attractable examples to convey the message properly to the listener. How did prophet’s metonymy create allegory and praise within the text, which would help the listener/reader to understand jurisprudential issues. Initially, in this paper, meaning and significance of prophetic eloquence, especially prophetic metonymy has been presented and the noble tradition from the famous book “Bulugh al Marām min Adiillat Al Ahkām” by Hāfiz ibne Hajar al – Asqalāni has been analyzed.
