his analytical article studies social corruptions in the Quranic narratives and examines the Quranic principles used to prevent and reform them. The Quran presents narratives not as detached historical memories, but as moral mirrors through which societies can recognize the inner roots of decline. Envy, arrogance, violence, oppression, sexual immorality, deception, economic fraud, usury, and cheating in measure are not treated as isolated actions; they are shown as symptoms of deeper spiritual and ethical disorder. Through the stories of Cain and Abel, Joseph, Moses and Pharaoh, Shuʿayb, Lot, Qarun, and Luqman, the article argues that the Quranic model of prevention is comprehensive. It begins with faith and accountability, develops through moral training and family discipline, and extends to market ethics, public justice, and responsible authority. The study concludes that Quranic narratives offer a living framework for contemporary social reform. Their relevance lies in their ability to expose the roots of modern crises while providing principles of piety, justice, modesty, trust, knowledge, compassion, and collective responsibility.
