Slavery's modern equivalent is human trafficking. The fight against human trafficking may be effectively carried out through international law. The UN Convention against International controlled crime is one of most respected and contemporary pieces of international legislation that has paved the way for how to identify, stop, and prosecute human trafficking. Pakistan has been mentioned as a significant cause, transition and terminus state for human trafficking and smuggling of the migrants, indicating a major sector and associated criminal economy. The current study focuses on examining how irregular migration from district Bahawalpur Pakistan, to Europe in specific, and to other EU member countries overall, is being assisted and coordinated via agents and social networks. Since Pakistan is reportedly one of the top ten nations which associated in illegal immigration to EU in contemporary years, irregular emigration become a substantial problem for Pakistan. Pakistan is regarded a transit country for migrant groups travelling from different South Asian nations to places like Iran, Turkey, Greece, Central Europe, and Western Europe. This paper also considers three aspects of immigrants and their family’s ambitions towards illegal immigration. Primary, money transactions are seen as an extensive family welfare source. Their primary concern are giving their Pakistani families a good lifestyle. Second, after spending more time in Europe and being financially secure, many have strong desires to move back permanently to Pakistan. Third, some migrants have expressed a wish to get official documentation. The current paper makes recommendations for more scholarly investigation to increase methodological and theoretical understanding of illegal immigration or agent links in the perspective of Pakistan to European States.
Muhammad Ali Raza Naqvi Copyright (c) 2024 By submitting an article to the editor, the author (s) will automatically grant editors the rights to edit and post the content of the articles on the official website of the Sadiq Journal of Pakistan Studies (SJPS) if accepted. The original French meaning of the word bureau was the baize used to cover desks. The term bureaucracy came into use shortly before the French Revolution of 1789 and from there rapidly spread to other countries. State is composed of many different institutions as like parliament, judiciary, army and bureaucracy which are interdependent and interrelated. Many social scientists consider bureaucracy as the public administrative system which aims to develop and regulate the decision-making process in the most effective way.
Khizar Jawad Copyright (c) 2024 By submitting an article to the editor, the author (s) will automatically grant editors the rights to edit and post the content of the articles on the official website of the Sadiq Journal of Pakistan Studies (SJPS) if accepted.
