Abstract

Fiqh ul seerah is to describe the incidents of seerah in a detailed and reasoned manner and clarify the lessons and wisdom contained in them. Every aspect of the seerah is included in it , which is related to the revision and research of the traditions of the seerah or their authentic status or the events may be from the background of the seerah or from the conflict and application or from the reasoned answers to the objections of the orientaists and atheists or the derivation and conclusions and the full details of the primary sources while jurisprudence is a sub-branch of fiqh ul seerah , in which seerah and jurisprudence issues are described together.

Before these trends emerged as formal art in the 20th century, they were present in various biographies of the pioneers, but as a term they were not in vogue.Jurisprudence biographies were created by the Muhaddithians of the early days, but the first pioneers in biography are Allama Muhammad Bin Umar Waqdi's book al-Mughazi. Regularly, the work in this regard is seen in the biographies of Ibn Hazm Zahri, Ibn Abd al-Barr, Imam al-Sahili, Ibn Qayyim, etc. In addition to this, the nature and status of the rulings and dispositions issued by Muhammad, the requirements of the situation and the times, and his jurisprudential status with the description of the chronological order of events from jurisprudence biography. Easier understanding of determinations and orders۔
