In today's era, there is an urgent drive to promote education, perhaps more fervently than ever before. With the implementation of compulsory primary education, the momentum for secondary and higher education is steadily increasing. Teaching has evolved into an art form, and the acquisition of its requisite skills has become indispensable for educators. Essential skills for contemporary teachers encompass participation in teacher education workshops, adept utilization of technology, effective communication, diverse teaching methodologies, and the assimilation of new information along with innovative techniques for its dissemination to students. The significance of co-curricular activities for students has concurrently escalated, prompting serious deliberation on the 'utility' of various fields of knowledge. While all these aspects hold their respective importance, regardless of geographical location, there persists a universal lacuna—the neglect of the true essence of education, namely, character development. This vital aspect warrants paramount attention across all educational stages and facets. Neglecting it entails the perilous risk of leaders—be they political, social, or experts in the arts and sciences—falling short of the requisite standards of integrity, honesty, and moral conduct.
