Abstract

Islām is a religion of mercy, convenience and gentleness, so gentleness, convenience and ease are reserved for the humanity in the rules of Sharīʿah. One of the most basic and important branches of Islāmic jurisprudence is the rules of jurisprudence or the general rules in which the jurists have collected the rules of jurisprudence derived from the Qur'ān and Sunnah. In the light of these accepted rules, the problems are addressed, and the said rules are applied which are very helpful in problem solving and inference. One of these rules is "Al-Ḍararu Yudhālu" which is related to ease and gentleness in the rules. This article discusses the explanation and practical application of this rule.
