Abstract

The Islamic state ruled India with those firm principles and values ​​endorsed by Islamic law, so they were keen to establish justice and equality between subjects of different religions and beliefs, and guaranteed them freedom of belief and practicing their religious rites, and preserved their rights, which strengthened the values ​​​​of citizenship and peaceful coexistence. The research deals with the period of the rulers of the Asafia Muslim state in Hyderabad (Deccan), who ruled for more than two centuries, as one of the honorable models for the rule of the Islamic state. To build a great civilization in Hyderabad that was a successor to the Mongol civilization, as a result of realizing the values ​​of citizenship and peaceful coexistence in Hyderabadi society.
