Abstract

The research deals with the method of the "Ottoman interpretation" of the scholar Shaibir Ahmad al-Othmani (1369 AH / 1949). Scientific study - his life and scientific production. He was the known scholar of Sub-continant in the twentieth century who played a prominent role in the dissemination of science, literature and culture. Al-Othmani was a brilliant innovator, a well-known cleric, a well-known politician, and a well-known scholar. He was born in the Ottoman Empire, 10 Muharram 1305 AH, /6 October 1886 AD in Madinah Bujnor, in the region of Atar Pradesh-India. This interpretation is a commentary on the translation of the Quran to the verses of the Sheikh of India, Mahmoud Hassan, has been printed and distributed by King Fahd Complex for print of the Holy Quran in Madina.

In his interpretation, the author has adopted a scientific method based on the combination of science, knowledge, and extrapolation, which combines the knowledge, which is in the spirit of interpretation. He covered creativity and wisdom and honesty.
