Abstract

Allama Ibn Battal was great and virtuous religious scholar of the fifth century Hijri. Hafiz Ibn Hajar used Sahih Bukhari's "Sharh Ibn Batal" in his famous Sharh "Fath al-Bari". The main topic of "Sharh Ibn Battal" is interpretation and explanation of hadith rules. Allama Ibn Batal seems to be discussing the jurisprudential aspect of blessed hadiths in his shareh by adopting different methods and methods.  In the following pages, the method of Allama Ibn Battal regarding the interpretation and explanation of the hadith rulings has been discussed۔ And in the interpretation and explanation of hadiths, in what manner do they present jurisprudential issues and debates?
