About the Journal
Ulūm al-Sunnah is a biannual, trilingual (Urdu, English, and Arabic) peer-reviewed research journal focusing on Ḥadīth, Sīrah, and Islamic Studies. The journal publishes original scholarly research and follows a double-blind peer review process. All research articles are published as open access and are made freely available immediately upon publication.
The journal holds ISSN 2959-2224 (Online) and ISSN 2959-2216 (Print) and is published by the Department of Hadith, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Pakistan. Ulūm al-Sunnah welcomes high-quality, original research in Ḥadīth, Sunnah, and Sīrah studies, and related areas within Islamic Studies and allied disciplines, provided the submissions fall within the journal’s scope.
The journal is recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan in the “Y” category.
