This article attempts to demonstrate the nature of the impacts of prevailing Sufi teachings on the belief in the hereafter in the present era. Some aspects of prevailing Sufi teachings are negative, while others are positive. Some individuals have ministerpreted Sufi teachings, claiming that Sufism promotes world renunciation. Wowever, this is not the case. Sufism is linked to Islam, which does not encourate despair or isolation. Instead, Islam advocates for a successful life. Similarly, Sufism teaches methods for achieving success in both this world and the hereafter. Sufism provides a genuine interpretation of Islam, and the belief in the hereafter is extensively explained in Islam. This topic will be discussed in light of the Quran and the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ)), presenting the thoughts of Imam Rabbani Mujaddid Alf-i Sani (may Allah have mercy on him) in the context of the present era.
