Abstract
In 19th century the period of deterioration of knowledge of scholars many institutions arose to face this problem. E.g. Dar- Ul- Uloom Deoband,Nadwat- Ul- Ulama,Ali Garh.The scholars of these institutes were expert in the field of Tafseer as well. The presented their work in the form of Tafseer and translations. For the people of sub- continent.e.g.Shaikh Nazeer Ahmad dehalwi,Shaikh Mahmood ul Hasan deobandi, Shaikh Ahmad Raza Khan brailve, Saikh Ashraf Ali thanvi. Shaikh Abu Al Kalam Azad etc.
The 20th century is the century of resolution of Pakistan and division of sub continent. After independence, many institutes were developed in Pakistan where research work was carried on, e.g.Peer Karam Shah Al Azhari,mufti Muhammad Shafee, Syed Abu Al Aala Modudi,Maulana Adrees Kandallvi,Maulana Sanaullah Amratsari,Mufti Ahmad Yar Naeemi,and Maulana Sarfaraz Khan safdar,etc. Whenever we see the present era we feel it necessary to study this topic and its importance in moderan period.
In 20th century Maulana Sarfaraz Khan Safdar has unique importance regarding this topic more than 36000 people from all over the world were benefited from him regarding Tafseer- Ul- Quran Al Kareem. This research has been indicated by all these Scholars who are working in Pakistan and abroad.
This research will serve as a gift for scholars and scholastic centers.
I would collaborate the opinions of different commentators and translators in this research.This research would generate commentary that would unite Muslim Ummah and all the problems will be solved in a single commentary.
This research will make the understanding and translation from Arabic to Urdu easy. This research would present the point of view of other commentators as well.
