Aims and Scope
Sadiq Journal of Pakistan Studies is an open access, peer-reviewed and refereed journal published by the Department of Pakistan Studies, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. The main objective of Sadiq Journal of Pakistan Studies is to provide an intellectual platform for the national and international scholars and to promote interdisciplinary studies in humanities and social sciences. The journal publishes research papers in the fields of humanities and social science such as History, Archaeology, Anthropology, Media and Communication Studies, Criminology, Cross-cultural Studies, Defense and Diplomatic Studies, Development Studies, Economics, Education, Ethics, Geography, Information Science, International Relations, Law, Methodology, Philosophy, Political Science, Population Studies, Psychology, Public Administration, Sociology, Social Welfare, Performing Arts (music, theatre & dance), Religious Studies, Visual Arts, Women Studies and so on.
Sadiq Journal of Pakistan Studies publishes original papers, review papers, conceptual frameworks, analytical and simulation models, case studies, empirical research, technical notes, and book reviews. Special Issues devoted to important topics in humanities and social sciences will also be occasionally published. The journal is published in both print and online versions.
