Abstract

ABSTRACT
Extremism is a wrong & inflexible behavior of an individual or nation. Leaving the path of moderation is also extremism. Extremists do not have the strength to tolerate opposing thinking, ideology & belief. People with such thoughts just want to convince their own ideas. Due to extremism, ethnicism, sectarianism & racism, there are so many problems in this world. Due to extremism, this world has been destroyed many times. In twentieth & twenty-first centuries, because of extremist ideologies of communism, capitalism & fascism, the peace & order of the whole world is in ruins.
Extremism grows in different areas for different reasons. One reason is the lack of proper justice system. When the influential criminals of the society do not get caught by the law & they escape from the clutches of the law by using various tactics, extremism arises in society. Other reasons include ignorance or lack of education, social exploitation, poverty, hunger & lack of interfaith harmony, corruption & social injustice.
The only solution to extremism, ethnicism, sectarianism & racism is to promote Islamic teachings. Islamic teachings include equality of human being & brotherhood, interfaith harmony, giving equal status to all prophets, gentleness & tolerance. It is fact that if extremism can be eradicated from this world, then this world can become like paradise.
